Gonna Lose it!

I've always been able to eat whatever I want and not gain weight, until the last few years. I kept eating like I was, but I gained about 15 pounds. Now I want to get rid of it.

I recently got married to the most wonderful man. The wedding was my motivation to lose weight. Now that the wedding is over, I've gained it back. I think I am happy with where I am at now, but I want to maintain. Even that is hard to do with out that wedding dress motivation.

My Goals:
I want to lose some weight and be healthier. I want to teach my children how to be healthy too.



My Program:
I am trying to do the cardio and paying attention to what I am eating. The eating part is harder then the cardio.

I am joining the 100 day exercise challenge in the 40 Something team.

Personal Information:
I have two children, son that is 20 and daughter that is 19.

I am a Duck's Unlimited volunteer and a Girl Scout leader. I have two dogs and a cat who thinks she is a dog.

I love crafting. I love to try new crafts.I especially like jewelry making and sewing.

I like to be outdoors fishing and camping.

I love to read, but don't spend enough time doing it.
