My Program:
I'm doing cardio 3-4 times per week and strength training 2-3 times per week. It helps that I have a gym right at work.

Personal Information:
Yep - i've cheated and put up pictures that were taken two years ago when I was 12 pounds thinner -- using it as motivation rather than a "fat" picture that bums me out.

Thanks for the comments on my page. I would like to walk the paths in Peachtree City. I see you have done a Marathon, I've not done that yet. I'm signing up for the Peachtree again this year. I'll give you a call.

I feel the same as you about getting plump already and needing to set that next goal run! I have a half in May for sure that I plan on doing, but would like to pick one out for sooner. Have you found one yet?

Its now the Publix Marathon, (and half) and I love doing it!!! Its a HILLY course!!!! Especially coming out of Piedmont Park all the way through Ga Tech!

I know Becki (Marathon_Mom) was planning on doing it this year (as a full) but I'm not sure who else... As for time, it just depends on whether or not my knee is better. I have done anywhere from 2:21 - 2:45

Here is my race list for 2011 so far if you want to join in! (And where you see Marathon, they might end up being halfs if my knee doesn't cooperate!)

1/1 Resolution Run 10k (tentative)
1/15 Aviation Marathon (Warner Robins)
1/30 Callaway Gardens Half (?)
