Time to buckle down!!!!

I started at 210 pounds in January '12 and lost 50 by May '12 and ,well, it's been a yo-yo/rollercoaster with my weight going back up and down 10 lbs or so.....I need to figure out how to finally lose this weight once and for all! I came to spark people because I need some help not only with motivation, but with my emotional and bordem eating too, all in order to help me get rid of the extra weight. My Goals:
I want to have energy to chase my three kids around the yard, I want to look good again...I miss the attention I would get from people when I was thin.

My Program:
I am walking before work , running on my tredmill when it is cold out. I would like to run some 5k's and a marathon when I am back into shape.

Personal Information:
My name is Carrie, I am 36 and divorced. I have three very active children that I love very much. I am tired of not having enough energy to spend time with friends/family!

Other Information:
I would love to get back into rollerbladding, running, horseback ridding, hanging out with my friends and family more instead of hidding out at home because of how much weight I have gained.

I was reading your profile and good job loosing all of that weight.
The "yo-yo" effect happens a lot to lots of people
I am trying to stop an upswing right now .
So think of it this way --You have just friended the biggest "yo-yo" on spark people and it has nothing to do with weight !!!

Hey there my friend! Thank you for the photo comments! I really appreciate it! You should definitely look into running races in your area - I'm sure there are some!! Go to www.active.com to find some local events!!

And thanks for the compliments on the Zumba shirt & my haircut! I cut my hair shorter since that photo and am waiting for it to grow out again! haha! should only be a few more months until its that length again!
