Carrie,
thanks for you comment on my blog. I had to respond to your comment about a gluten-free diet being hard to follow. I agree that it is in one way: you have to avoid most convenience foods and restaurant foods and really read labels. As far as the food itself, I have talked to a ton of people by now who all say the same thing: once you are past the first few weeks (where your body still shows signs of carb addiction) it is very easy. I can eat 2-3 meals/day and never be hungry. My body is not sensitive to gluten in that I have a visible reaction to it of any kind but I will still avoid 99% of gluten now. emoticon

From ghoulish and ghosties and long leggety beasties and things that go bump in the night, On Hallowe'en the thing you must do, Is pretend that nothing can frighten you, An' if somethin' scares you, and you want to run, Just let on like it's Hallowe'en fun.
Does your scale frighten you?? I know mine does every so often. Its October and time to keep those spooky pounds away!! Time to overcome our fears of failure and know that you will have a successful month ahead
