To lose enough weight to lower my blood pressure and Cholesterol and fit into some of the clothes that I used to love, even though they are hopelessly out of style

My Program:
Chicken, Fish, Vegatables, Fruit and whole grains.
Upping my cardio to 3 hours a week.

Carrie, we are on the same page. I'm waiting for styles to come back around on the clothes that I've kept through the years. I get sentimental about t-shirts, so you can imagine what my closet looks like!

We're right in the same age & weight situation as well. At least the weight is something we can do something about, heh heh.

YAY vacation! I'm going to London to see the Queen! That's what I enjoy saying, anyway. I'm not worried about eating cause the exercise part is bound to be better than sitting at a computer all week. I'll try to blog as I go to keep remembering these priorities.
