I'm not a workout guru and I must admit that I'm not fond of being anything other that lazy =p But, we all need a beginning!! I'm here to learn, challenge, and be challenged! Hopefully, I can give as much as I get from here =)

My Goals:
My goals is to just get fit. Easier said than done, right? I'm 6" 200 pounds. I'm currently at a pretty decent weight, but could afford to lose a few. I'm not really that happy about my eating habits. In fact, they are mildly grotesque. I know I'm young, but sooner or later these disgusting foods will catch up with me. You are what you eat!! Those energy drinks and 4 cups of coffee a day are dragging me down too. Maybe I'll cut the red bull, but never the coffee!

1) Run the flying pig marathon
2)Rejoin a local soccer team
3)Weigh 160-170
4)Start lifting again

My Program:
1) Run Run Run
2) Eat Asian Portions
3) Run Run Run
4) Increase protein
5) Run Run Run
6) Sit-ups and Pull-ups
7) Run Run Run
8) Full Body lifting
9) Increase protein
10) Run Run Run

Hey, saw your "drunk eating" post! Ah, that's a bad problem right there, isn't it? Haha. I hit up the Waffle House when I'm drunk, so I'm just trying to NOT drink until I get to my goal weight. Hmm...

Thanks! Seeing a comment like that made me feel better!!
OH and if you have advice on how you cut down on the coffee let me know! I have the same problem lol with school and work and volunteering, I need energy boosts and currently drink about 3 cups of coffee a day..... not too healthy, but tea doesnt really give me the same effect lol

Welcome to Spark I joined in August Spark has helped me a lot! Learning better habits and using the trackers! Not to mention I love the game rooms when i am at work it is great!

All that running is going to give you flat feet and bad knees! Grab a kettlebell and start losing weight and fat right away. emoticon emoticon = emoticon
