CarpeDiet

Yay! I'm at my goal. Now my challenge is to stay at this weight. This is the 4th time that I've lost most of my extra weight. I belong to TOPS, and I'm recommitting to keeping my food log here. Recording and exercise are what makes the difference, I think.

I'm a recovering couch potato. I sign up for a half-marathon every six months to keep motivated. I've walked 8 since Nov. 2006, and just (Dec 09) walk/ran the Las Vegas in 3 hours, 20 minutes.

I have two grown ...

My Program:
Use the daily food tracker.
Exercise for 1-3 hours every weekend, and 30 minutes 3 times during the week.
Eat fabulous healthy meals.
