Thanks for stopping by! I am a diabetic & so I do watch my intake of carbs & I make certain I move my body everyday. I try to do at least 60-90 minutes of cardio daily & ST 3X a week. I'm certain getting my diet & weight under control was the secret for me. My hemaglobin A1C used to be around 7 when I weighed around 230. I didn't do any exercise then & was on Metformin. I lost the weight & started moving my body & HgA1C is now 5.3! I'm not on any meds now & plan to keep it that way!
