My Goals:

I'm hitting 50 on Oct 10, and I really need to change my lifestyle. Wasted so much of my life, and I want to get busy living.

My Program:
I'm starting with Leslie Sansones walking programs, with weight lifting. I will eating right and concentrate on getting into shape with exercise. I have decided to weigh just once a month instead of once a week, and hoping for a 10 pound weight loss each month.

As of 10/26/2013 I am going to start doing the "Walk Away the pounds" with Leslie Sansone. I am really liking these walking programs and that is why I am finding myself sticking with the exercise.

Thanks for the add! I believe firmly that it is never too late to reinvent ourselves so I know you can do amazing things. One thing I think is very important is to make sure you have other measures of success than the scale which I see you are wisely not being too obsessive about. Your endurance and ability in doing your WATP dvd's is one certainly and measurements are very helpful. Personally, I used my closet as a guide. I had some pants that were too tight to zip. Even when the scale stalled that zipper started to move, eventually I could wear those pants but wouldn't because they were still too tight for public consumption but the day came when I could wear them then the day when they were too big. Of course by then I had found another pair of pants that I used as a guide. This is a very great way to keep the motivation alive. Spark strong!
