Return to fitness - energy, weight and size

Hi! I hit menopause and boom - the weight piled on. After each of my kids were born, I returned to my prepregnancy weight. Now my weight has lost all proportion to my frame. My adult kids remember me exercising while they took swim lessons and are urging me to get back in shape. I have a 60 lb. goal.

got your email sorry to hear about the bad things that happened. its been crazy here my step son and daughter and baby moved in with us i seem to be staying the same with my weight good luck getting back on the wagon dont give up. emoticon

Good for you at least you walked this week, I haven,t been motivated to do much of anything except watch what i eat. It has been raining for two day s non stop ugh. good luck on the other side of the bed. maybe i should move my bed away from the wall so i can get out on the other side. emoticon
