Thanks for the comment on my blog! I'm just tired of wine or cider destroying an otherwise awesome day of eating, AND I know it can't be good for my running.

I love the Zombie Valentine's picture! I'm not into horror at all-- no stomach for it-- but I do love spooky. My husband surprised me and decorated the house and cooked a "spooky" meal for a Halloween date last year. We dressed up in costumes and watched Shaun of the Dead. Valentine's Day... I think we just had dinner and went to our friend's bar, lol.

Thank you for the comment on my blog. If nothing else at least I'm recognizing what I'm doing wrong. Hoping to soon find my motivation and start doing things right again. In the meantime, I'll continue to be self aware if nothing else :)
