My Goals:
Lose weight and keep it off.
I would like to first hit my goal of being under 200lbs. I always get to 210 and plateau.
Workout at least 4 times a week.
Daily tell myself something positive about just being me, or have achieved.
My Program:
Tracking the calories I eat daily.
Get to the gym, or at home and work out. Then track it.
Keep in touch with my best friend on good days and bad!!
Personal Information:
My husband, of 22 years, is a chef. I love to cook, and bake. I bake a lot of cookies every week for my kids lunches and friends. I bake around 2000 cookies at Christmas:)! With help from my brother and his wife. I eat almost every meal at home. I tend to look at recipes, get ideas, and throw it together my way.
Other Information:
John Travolta is my favorite actor and David Bowie is my favorite singer. I love the color yellow and daffodils. I would love to eat more lobster, scallops & shrimp...seafood but with 2 kids and a budget, they are form special times.
