I have a passion for fitness and wouldn't have it any other way :)

My name is Carrie, I recently graduated from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and got certified as a personal trainer. I'm looking for a job at a gym in my area. I love to workout! It is one of my biggest passions and I wouldn't trade it for the world! I use to be overweight but have lost about 30 lbs. I have about 10-20 more pounds to go :) I know that it's a hard road to go down but that is why I do what I do. I want my clients to know that they never have to do it alone! :)

My Goals:
I want to be thin and healthy again! I want to feel confident and sexy and beautiful in my own skin!
My goal is to eventually weigh bewteen 140 - 150 pounds!

I'm working really hard on improving my back squats. Right now I'm at about 135lbs for 3 sets of 10 :)

One of my new years resolutions for 2012 is to run a 5k every month!

My Program:
I work out 5 times a week. Mostly cardio but also some weight lifting. For the most part i eat really healthy ( i dont drink soda) and i eat tons of fruits and veggies, but my biggest problem is portion control.

Personal Information:
Im a certifed personal trainer and i love to work out.

I made the choice (back in October 2011) to become a vegetarian. Some days are easier than others but I'm always up for the challenege. I ate meat for 19 years and I have no problem with other people who eat meat. I just choose not to.

Other Information:
It's not going to be easy, but it's going to be worth it

Hi, saw in a team that you wanted a weight loss buddy and I would love to be yours. My goal for now is to lose 30 pounds but hopefully in the end to lose 50. Don't forget about the upcoming San Antonio Meetup! We have planned to meet up at Eisenhower Park on the 23rd for some friendly walking! There are 4 different difficulties to choose from, so it will be appropriate for all levels of fitness!
