Motivation is my challenge

I want to lose at least 30 pounds, although the height/weight charts suggest I should lose a lot more.

Even when I'm successful with weight loss, the results are pretty slow and that's frustrating, which is why motivation is my challenge.

My Goals:
Eat more vegetables and protein.
Eat less sugar and starches.
Eat less food.
Exercise often.
Relax more.

My Program:
Purchased every Groupon (or similar) that involves working out, so I try new types of exercise. So far, I've been to weight lifting, circuit, power yoga, NIA, Zumba, hip hop, ballet, Pilates, and Cross Fit classes.
