My Goals:
Get rid of the 20lbs I''ve gained in the last year after hurting my back.

Now I''ve just found out i''m on my way to osteoporosis. Yikes! Using the super duper calcium and it''s helping a lot. My back is finally healing after surger.

My Program:
I started back walking in Jan and now can walk 13 min miles. I started much slower. I now work out with my co-workers at least 3-5x/wk. It really helps to have other people to push me. Lifting weights as well.

Personal Information:
Two mostly grown boys, good man in my life, plenty of friends and a tolerable job that pays pretty good. Excellent health (except for back!)

Other Information:
Have always been fit and active. This back problem is a huge lifestyle change and I''m starting to get a bit discourage. Hope losing this 20lbs will help the pain as well as lift my spirits

Closing in on birthday number 54. I have gained a bit of weight this past year and am remotivating myself to get back down to my original size 8. Just one size to go, but that helps me keep track of the goal.

I should probably update this..........Finally I've started losing weight. Since May, 18lbs. Back to my original size 8. Now to keep it off. emoticon emoticon emoticon
