Lots of exercise!
Staying within the Spark People's calorie allowance for my size, 1200-1500 calories.
I walk/run 4-5 times a week, with one long walk and bike 3-4 times a week, but not in the winter. Biking is my very favorite form of exercise though.

I live in Alaska and I'm an avid knitter. I also love to exercise!

Completed a 2 week bike tour of Provence, France
March 2012:
Completed a 2 week bicycle tour of Andalusia, Spain
September 2011: Completed a 2 week bicycle tour of Provence, France.
September 2010: Completed two back-to-back tours of Vermont with Vermont Bicycle Tours (VBT).
September 2009:
Completed a bike tour of the Napa/Sonoma Valley. California.
July 2009:
Completed the 50 mile part of the bike race, the Fireweed 400.
June 2008:
Completed the Mayor's Midnight Sun Marathon.

I love wild life. Only place I can go is the zoo. I use to live in the mountains where there is moose and deer and other little critters. Wish I still lived there. Really miss it. Hope you ha emoticon emoticon emoticon ve a nice week.

Thanks for the GOODIE. I need to get motivated to exercise more. I have a hard time from all the pain I have everyday. I have been walking 10 minutes a day which isn't much but it is hard for me but I guess better than nothing. Hope to be able to do more soon. emoticon emoticon it's very hot here. Wow. emoticon
