Changes for Life

February 2009 I weighed183#, today November 2010, I'm around 120. I did it! I reached my goal in a year and a half. Now comes the hard part, MAINTENANCE. 2013, I weigh now 123.5. I can't get out of this and want to go below 120 again so I can retain a cushion. I'm so afraid of returning to a heavier state, I need to get back on track
