Trying to walk 5 times a week for 30 minets a day.
Personal Information:
I ganed all my weight when I quit smoking 13 months ago. I was up to 149 when I first started walking. I feel so much better not smoking. MY husband is my 2ed We have been married 22 years. My children are by my first husband.
