Hello! I'm just about to enter my 50s and am focused on making my life better! I just finished some educational goals, been working on my own happiness, and know that it's time to feel fit again.

I remember about a decade ago when my body was strong and I could do any physical activity (and wear fitted clothes!). I loved that feeling of personal strength - and I am focused on feeling strong and fit again!

Hello! I'm just about to enter my 50s and am focused on making my life better! I just finished some educational goals, been working on my own happiness, and know that it's time to feel fit again.

I remember about a decade ago when my body was strong and I could do any physical activity (and wear fitted clothes!). I loved that feeling of personal strength - and I am focused on feeling strong and fit again!

My overall goal is to lose 62 pounds. But, I like to set smaller goals along the way... So, my goal is to lose 1-2 pounds per week - and to be 30 pounds lighter by Christmas! I want to surprise my kids when I visit for the holidays - and to welcome in the New Year halfway to my goal.

Any support and encouragement is much appreciated! And, I am happy that I found SparkPeople and look forward to being part of this community :-)

My goals: Eat healthy foods, drink 8 glasses of water each day, exercise 4xs/ week - and lose 1-2 pounds each week.

Final goal: 62 pounds!

How's it going with your move towards losing 4 lb this month?
