Finally Fit at Fifty

I just turned 50 this year and want to finally get fit--for once and for all! Tired of yo yo dieting and losing/gaining the same 25-30 pounds. So glad I found SparkPeople! I know I'm in the right place to make these changes permanent. Happy New Year to us all!

Don't you just love how life gets in the way of our good intentions? It kinda makes you want to scream! Oh well, you have the power and motivation to get everything back together and KEEP it together! YOU CAN DO IT!!

emoticon Funny comment on my blog! The rash started innocently enough, but then started taking over my body! Get this; within a week of completing finals, my practicum and the paperwork for my RtI job, it was GONE! I had it for about 4 months! Ick! Now I know what they mean by a little stress keeps you on your toes, but too much is unhealthy!
