Back down to my fighting weight.
When I started on Spark (by "started" I mean checked it out and made a lame page) I was en route to gaining even more unemployment fat. I was also looking at a scale that apparently (according to my Wii fit) was, at least, 7 pounds skint. So, when I got serious about this I had to get SERIOUS about it. Having just hit the big three oh I've noticed some unkind changes to my body. I used to track my foods, work out, and weigh myself religiously - and trust me, the change became ...

Having just hit the big three oh I've noticed some unkind changes to my body. I used to track my foods, work out, and weigh myself religiously - and trust me, the change became visible! I want my 30-year-old version of that self back again! It's happening! I'm serious. (I seriously need help!)

My Goals:
Track food daily. Write something, anything, daily. Move for 30 minutes daily. Continue not smoking. Take my vitamins! Floss Drink 8 cups of water Minimum 20 second hug 15 minutes strengthening while watching TV
My Program:
I'm moving more and eating less. Have also recently quit smoking which is fabulous for the lung capacity - terrible for the food cravings.
Personal Information:
I live in Los Angeles, CA with my partner and my cat. The universe seems to be pushing me to be an Entertainment Food Stylist (I was laid off of my restaurant gig at a Michelin-starred place last spring). I make more money (when I get the gigs, at least), have fun creatively, enjoy time spent on different sets and sound stages, and seem to be good at it. So, career-wise, we'll see.
