Thank you Carol for commenting on my blog. Good to hear from you. So happy to hear you are getting in some walking! It takes a little at a time if you are in pain. I remember when I first started the walking 6 1/2 years ago and my knees were so bad, I could barely move. I did a few blocks and back in our neighborhood. Felt like I walked a mile or more! But, I kept at it! On my 1st spark anniversary (1 1/2 years later) , Bob and I walked 5k (3,1 miles) in under an hour! It was so hot and I felt like my heart would burst out of my chest, but I did it and survived! Best feeling in the world! I know you can keep going and get there! One day, one step at a time!! I think you should really check into that Magnesium Malate to help fibromyalgia. Also, look into food allergies/sensitivities (like nightshade veggies, caffeine) - they can really aggravate fibromyalgia and joints. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I wanted to mention that I have tried Magnesium Malate for Fibromyalgia and it is working! I stumbled on it online and here is one thing they said: Magnesium malate is a combination magnesium and malic acid, both of which help produce energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which studies show can be deficient in fibromyalgia (FMS) and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS or ME/CFS).

and there is more out there on the subject. Taking supplements is generally a good idea for overall good health I have found out too.
I was really having problems with the fibro and this has helped. Also, food sensitivities were aggravating it too.
Have a good weekend. Did you get alot of snow recently? Hope you feel better soon. I am getting over my cold and cough finally after 12 days of it. emoticon

Thanks Carol for stopping by my blog and telling me about your daughter having the same procedure. If she can get through it so can i (from what you said about how scared she is about those things). I am getting nervous about it, but I keep telling myself I have been through much worse! Hope your daughter had good results! Let me know. Have a good weekend! Good to hear from you as always. Hey, I just noticed in my notes that you and I have been sparkfriends for 6 years as of 12/1/16. Thanks for hanging in there with me and SP! Stay warm up there in MI! emoticon
