Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. 1. To lose my weight for my health 2. To show my girls this can be done. 3.to get off all of my medications. 4. to be more active for my grandkids.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. 1. drink 8 glasses of water daily. 2. eat 5-8 servings of fruits and vegtables daily. 3. to journal and track my food and exercise daily.

Anything else you would like to tell people. Could include things like your favorite books or movies, a quote, anything.I love to read Karen Kingsburybooks. I crochet all kinds of stuff for my grandkids and I love crafts fairs.
