Never give up

I am did the Jenny Craig program and have lost 15 pds but am having problems with emotional eating.Also tried Fat Smash and discovered I do much better if I cut out sugar.I also need a lot of structure.  I must log eating and exercise.

My Goals:
I just plan on following my program and continue to make healthy choices.

My Program:
I have one pd to go to goal.  then perhaps I will set a new goal.  I walk at least 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes.  If the weather is bad i swear by Leslie Sansone tapes.  I do weight lifting for 30 minute sessions about 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
I live in a small town in northeast Ohio and am a Browns fan (win or lose!!).  I volunteer at the Humane society and work with cats.  I am also going to ber working with a low cost spay neuter program called Fix It in the Farmland.  I do reiki healing on animals at the Humane society as well.

Carolann-so nice to read your post and hear that you are doing well. I am so glad you enjoyed your time in the Carolina's. Your new pic is great and you look so relaxed (you deserve it!). You are so inspiring-I strive to be where you are-able to manage the binge behavior without constant posting, etc... You have really figured out what works for you. Enjoy your summer and take care:)

Carol - You're new picture is absolutely stunning! Ravishing! I hope you are loving life...it sounds like you are! I was getting dizzy for a while, but it went away. I started having a small piece of fruit before a workout, or a string cheese. Maybe that helped, or maybe I'm just handling the stress better. Enjoy the beautiful weather!!

Hi Carol!

Just wanted to pop in and say Hi and see how you're doing! I read 3 pages of posts yesterday trying to catch myself up on the LBF thread but didn't see one from you so I just wanted to make sure you're OK. Hopefully you're just on vacation or visiting a friend or too busy doing fun stuff!
Hope all is well! Today is day 8 being sugar and flour free and I am feeling pretty durn good! I really hope that I can stick to this long term! I just hated feeling so achy and exhasted and moody all the time. I know I have severe carb and gluten sensitivity but just could not let them go. Hopefully I am maturing toward delayed adulthood! At 48!
