My Goals:
I would like to just get healthier in 2009. I am a child of God and He wants to use me in His Kingdoms work, but I can't help anyone until I learn to help myself!
Thank You Lord for using me and loving me!

My Program:
My program is working to be a better me, so I can tell others about a Wonderful God that I serve!
I love the Lord with my whole heart, soul and mind! And now I am working on letting my body be a living sacrifice, one worthy of His presence.

Personal Information:
I am married and live in Maryland. I have 2 grown kids and a dog named Kirby.
I love to sew, quilt, craft and help others that may be in need.
I am the Head Facilitator of our Women on Missions group, Middle School age Sunday School teacher, Praise and Worship Team member, Singer, in charge of the main Bulletin boards at church, and Sanctuary flowers.
I am a born again Child of God bought and paid by the Blood of Jesus Christ, and I know that I am Heaven Bound when I leave this old world.

Other Information:
I am old fashioned, I believe that a womans place is in the home.I like to make homecooked meals, and meet new friends. I like to do home canning, growing veggies in my tiny little yard.
I love the Lord and would be more than happy to encourage you in your walk with the Lord.

I would like to invite you to join the Spring Biggest Loser Challenge!
If you're interested, go to this page: http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_
individual.asp?gid=25339#team_goals

It is to the BLC All Team page. The Spring sign up thread is the second thread in the General Discussion Forum. Just add your name to the list

I'm on the Turquoise Titans Team!
If you want to be on Turquoise, you need to add that beside your names
Patty picks those who indicate a specific team to place first.

I hope to see you there!

Your quilt pattern looks interesting. Will you post a picture when it's finished? You must have a green thumb. Beautiful flower. Ruth (3gkids) emoticon

Hello Carolann,

Thanks for stopping by my spark page and checking on me.

I'm sorry to hear about the pain in your arm.
Maybe it's a tendon or ligament, or just muscle that doesn't like being abused or over-used?

I feel your pain.
Literally!

Sean came home for Emergency Leave for my Dad's funeral in May. emoticon
He went back for a couple weeks, and trained his replacement, out-processed, and then came back "home" in June. Looks like he's headed BACK to "South-West Asia" for a few more weeks the end of this month.

Think of all the frequent flier miles! emoticon

He's looking to retire, settle down, and spend the rest of our days, growing old together.

MY vote is: NO MORE DEPLOYMENTS!!! emoticon
"God's will be done."

Have you been working on quilting?
I work on quilts in my dreams!
Some day, when I find that "Round To It", I'm going to use my "STASH" of material to make functional stuff, like quilts!

Have a blessed day!

Hello Carol,

Thank you for your prayers, and for checking in on me.

I"ve been thinking about you and praying that God moves in a BIG WAY in both our lives.

One of my favorite verses: To HIM who is able to do exceeding abundantly above and BEYOND all that we ask or could ever IMAGINE, according to the POWER that is at work in us..."

The POWER is at work in us!
Holy Ghost POWER! emoticon

Grace and peace to us all!
