My name is Carol and my husband and I work the night shift at the hospital up here in Albany, NY. We sleep during the daytime and so have to work getting things done around our work and sleep schedule. It is a busy hospital and does tire us out. I work as a Patient Care Tech-which entails-patient care, doing EKGs, Phlebotomy draws, etc..... I work on a busy Cardiac floor.

My Goals:
To lose a little and to mainly firm up.
(Which entails doing some form of exercise daily) I will be alternating types of exercise.

Another goal is to move by the summer back to a warmer climate as the cold weather up here is just too much for me and my husband.



My Program:
2014 Spring Challenge Team-Tiger Monarchs!!

Let's go, Team!!!!

I will continue to exercise for at least 15 minutes daily for the challenge. I will still be following my special diet plan from my Gastric Bypass surgery. On my Team page I will record my daily exercise.
On Saturdays I will weigh in and record it. I will check in with my team daily and comment on the discussion board. I work the night shift and sleep daytime-so I will read and comment on blogs as I have the time.
Protein, protein, protein. Fluids, fluids, fluids!!

I will continue with my special eating plan due to my pouch and nutritional needs.

Personal Information:
My husband and I work in the hospital here on night shift.

We are working on moving from up here in the Spring/summer. We want to move south to a warmer climate-hopefully back to our home state of Florida.

Other Information:
I work night shift so I sleep during the daytime and my "inner time clock" so to speak is upside down.
