My Goals:
Maintain an exercise schedule of at least 30 minutes four times a week. Limit the sugar and carbs for the holidays. Eat at least four fruits and/or veggies a day. Do this consistently, and forever.
My Program:
weightwatchers and a weekly weighin. Treadmill for 30 minutes a day.
