Going Paleo

Hi my name is Christina :)

I've tried Paleo in the past but decided end of Dec 2012 that this is the way of life for me.

I think my biggest challenge will be getting my 2 boys to eat Paleo - I'll have to sneak it in little by little.

Hi Christina. I could never do Whole30 forever because I refuse to be a short order cook and my husband and teen would rebel. I on the other hand could probably adapt for the most part although I would miss a glass of wine now and then!

emoticon Good luck on your run tomorrow!! :) I never, ever thought I'd be a morning exerciser but my housemate leaves at 4:50 for the track..decided I'd tag along..and here I am so far..just starting. Glad you could find motivation to not skip tomorrow!! Have a good run!

How are things over there? I wanted to check in on each and every one of my friends today and see how everyone is doing! Are you making progress? Remember that progress can mean a lot of different things-- from weight lost to muscle gained to simply FEELING better.

We've missed you since SPICE! Hope you're doing well! We'd love to have you back on the team for our EPIC challenge. It's a month to month challege and our 3rd leg is about to begin this coming Sunday! the first month of EPIC showed over a 65 pound loss over all the members who participated! THAT is amazing! We don't have tallies yet for leg 2, but it LOOKS like leg 2 will be even BETTER! Come join us, and see yourself meet your goals!
