Here i go...again :s
With the help of God i know i can do this again. He created us to be in His image..this is NOT what He had in mind!
I am a mom to 4 kids...2 boys and 2 girls. I also have a step-son. I am currently 36 yrs old. My goal is to get back into shape. I don't want to look 'good' for having 4 kids..i want to just LOOK GOOD! But, more importantly i want to feel healthy and get my energy back up again!

My Goals:
I have had to change my goals since i first joined Spark. I originally wanted to lose weight for my wedding, which i did. But since getting married i have gained it all back, and then some. I tried coming back to Spark a few times, but just could not 'get into it'. Well..i am almost at my breaking point again. I need to do something now, before it is too late.
My Program:
Spark is amazing. I never knew how to count calories before, but this site helps SOOO much. And it keeps me accountable as to what i do and eat in a day! I LOVE IT! My program is just trying to get more active through daily activities (like walking), and maintaining better eating habits!
Personal Information:
I was born in Flin Flon, Manitoba CANADA..but have now been living in Winnipeg, Manitoba for almost 12 yrs. I have been with my love ~Joe~ for over 11 yrs, though we finally got married on October 25, 2008. We have 3 kids together and i have another child--my oldest son who is a teenager already..and lives with his dad. I am a stay at home mom, but recently just started a part-time job with a friend.
Other Information:
I attend the best church ever..Faith Baptist. My church family and friends amaze me everyday...they keep me motivated and smiling..

In otherwords..if you mess up and go over your caloric intake for the day..don't sweat it! Tomorrow is another day!
