Getting Serious about Weight Loss & Management
I went from 200 lb to 150 and then let myself go. I joined Spark People a year ago, but haven't fully engaged in all the benefits Spark People provides. Today I stepped on the scales at 178 and refuse to get any larger! I hereby WILL log in daily and LOSE the 30 extra pounds I have put on!

My Goals:
I will lose weight to feel good again. Once I get there I need to maintain that weight!
My Program:
1. Log in daily. 2. Exercise: Walk or jog 5 miles at least 3 times a week, plus strength training 3 times a week. 3. Drink 64 ounces of water. 4. Preplan and eat only the planned food for the day. 5. Plan includes 3- 100 calorie snacks that are optional (trying to stay between 1200-1500 calories).

My name is Carma and I am 45 years old. I am married to a great guy! My 4 children range in age from 18 to 26 and I have 1 grandchild aged 18 months.
Other Information:
I like anything that involves movement. I also like to sew, garden and experience nature.
