My name is Carma and for 2 1/2 years I have been on my weight loss journey. I have had ups and downs and take 1 step forward and three steps back at times but slowly I am making progress. I started at 230lbs and have a goal of 130-145 lbs. I workout, do weight-lifting, cardio, and try and stay active. My main problem is food, portion control and my impossible to control sweet tooth. I am here to find new recipes, advice, and maybe a workout partner to keep me motivated.

My Goals:
To reach my goal of 130-145 and be fit and strong not just skinny.


My Program:
YMCA 3-4 times per week, 30-45 min workout videos 3-4 times per week, diet of around 1300 calories most days but slip sometimes. Jillian Michaels and P90x are my workout videos of choice.



Personal Information:
My name is Carma and I live in Clearwater, FL. I just moved here from Nashville, TN about a year ago. I would love to meet new friends to workout with. I am a member of the suncoast YMCA. If any of you girls would like to pair up and be workout partners that would be great!

    I hope you found a workout partner already. I didn't. I am in Tampa FL.
    I think I am looking for someone now at least 4 years and can't find anyone, so I do it for myself as good I can.

    I read how you exercise and what you are doing. I thought, I lost cravings for sweet since I stopped eating sugar. I woud just eat fruits. Today after long time I had a half of TBS marmelade. It didn't ruin anything. Just to test myself. LOL. I think also taking vitamin D3 helps me to stay balanced and these cardio trainings do good for then, I don't feel hunger.
