I read how you exercise and what you are doing. I thought, I lost cravings for sweet since I stopped eating sugar. I woud just eat fruits. Today after long time I had a half of TBS marmelade. It didn't ruin anything. Just to test myself. LOL. I think also taking vitamin D3 helps me to stay balanced and these cardio trainings do good for then, I don't feel hunger.
