On Sep 16, 2011, I decided to make a change. It was time to move more, eat less and live fully. My big goal is to lose 100 lbs by Sep 2, 2012 (my 30th birthday)! I also want to be able to run a half marathon in 2012.

*Drink 100 ozs of water/day
*Eat between 1300-1600 calories/day
*Run entire 5K without walking - DONE (10-18-2011)
*Run 1/2 Marathon in 2012

My Program:
Eat healthy nutritious foods, smaller portions, running 3 times/week (Couch to 5K, Gateway to 8K, Bridge to 10K), work out a total of 6 days/week

Congrats on all your success carly! Your story is super inspiring! I'm so glad I found your page today. This was just what I needed to KEEP GOING! I started the C25k just 6 weeks ago, and never thought I'd get this far. Unfortunately, my diet has been all over the place and I've gained, rather than lost, but that's all going to change. I came to Sparks People to get it all together, and reading about people like YOU who have it all together has inspired me to do the same! Thank you so much for sharing your story with all of us. You ARE making a difference in the lives of others! :)
