*Lose 100 lbs by my 30th birthday (Deadline Sep 2, 2012) *Drink 100 ozs of water/day *Eat between 1300-1600 calories/day *Run entire 5K without walking - DONE (10-18-2011) *Run 1/2 Marathon in 2012
My Program:
Eat healthy nutritious foods, smaller portions, running 3 times/week (Couch to 5K, Gateway to 8K, Bridge to 10K), work out a total of 6 days/week
