On Sep 16, 2011, I decided to make a change. It was time to move more, eat less and live fully. My big goal is to lose 100 lbs by Sep 2, 2012 (my 30th birthday)! I also want to be able to run a half marathon in 2012.

*Lose 100 lbs by my 30th birthday (Deadline Sep 2, 2012)
*Drink 100 ozs of water/day
*Eat between 1300-1600 calories/day
*Run entire 5K without walking - DONE (10-18-2011)
*Run 1/2 Marathon in 2012

My Program:
Eat healthy nutritious foods, smaller portions, running 3 times/week (Couch to 5K, Gateway to 8K, Bridge to 10K), work out a total of 6 days/week

I found your story through Katie's blog - you two really have inspired me to get back on the horse and really lose the weight for good. It's so nice to see such two hardworking, beautiful women reach their goals.
