Yeah, but maybe dont think of it as some big ol dramatic lifestyle change like everyone always says haha. I mean sure, you have to make it a lifestyle change eventually, but it doesnt have to be dramatic! Sometimes we over think things and mentally think its too much to handle.
Its only food and water. We can make good choices and drink water like its no big deal! :)
So tomorrow lets eat healthy and drink our water like its no biggie! :) We are getting skinny, and we arent even trying ;)
