My Goals:
To maintain a healty lifestyle for years to come. Also want to maintain a good fitness level which will help to relieve the stress of everyday life.

My Program:
Trying to eat healthy on a regular basis; drink more water (I aviod water whenever possible); exercise 3 days a week (at least 15 minutes per session).

Hi Carlenebee: Welcome to Sparkpeople. I too love Sparkpeople. I am trying to learn more about it. I lost 100lbs a couple of years a go but am gaining some back so want to lose about 25lbs before it crawls back up. I also love my sweets especially after my evening meal. Am trying to watch my portions and drink more water.
