My first "spark-iversary" has come and passed. And oh the goings on in that year! The ups and downs, the many downs, and struggles to get back up. In all facets of my life. I took a big kick in the pants both physically, mentally and emotionally, and I'm just now getting it back together.
One thing that I've noticed in my recent life is that SP has never left me, though I have left it. I thank those of you who have emailed, asked and wondered, encouraged, sparked and cheered me on.
To honor those people, I'm making a renewed commitment to my goals. I gained more pounds than I like to see, in the past few months (yes, enough to have to buy much of a new wardrobe. ugh). I've recently discovered that power doesn't come from body strength and endurance, but it comes from within, from the soul and the thoughts of our days. That's how I will choose to live. It will be difficult at first, since we are programmed otherwise. But I choose to think good thoughts, encouraging thoughts and supportive thoughts. If I falter, I'll get back up. I see myself achieving my goals - both physically and with life in general.
So THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.. you know who you are. Bless you all.
