My Program:
I think Dr. Oz has really been the biggest factor in my motivation to live a healthier lifestyle. For the most part, my weight loss plan has followed his YOAD book. The only thing that I really do differently is tracking my food. One bite always leads to another, so using the nutrition tracker has been key.

Personal Information:
Favorite Foods : Any Asian cuisine, Italian, Greek, Indian and Mediterranean in general.

Favorite Workouts : Weight lifting, hiking, jogging, stationary bike

Favorite Writer : Terry Pratchett, Robin Hobb

Favorite Movies : Fargo, Ed Wood, The Day the Earth Stood Still (the FIRST one!), Life of Brian, Dr. Stranglove



Other Information:
Hobbies - listening opera/classical music, drawing, reading, cooking

hey Carissa, I was thinking of you tonight. I went to a Yoga Nidra class. Its supposed to help you sleep and help bring you to a total state of relaxation. I liked the class but felt totally bummed that I then had to drive home. I would think listening to a tape before bed would be a much better way to do this. of course, I'm not a major yoga person, but I am interested in learning more. Have you checked it out? I'll let you know if I get an MP3 version and if its any good.

Hope you're doing great. I miss you on the positivity thread.
