Life is busy. New job, getting married, a host of parties at my place for peoples bdays and holidays. What a year!
1. Build a healthier routine.
2. Teach toddler healthy habits.
3. Increase energy by eating better and exercising. (NOT coffee)
4. Lower cholesterol.
I'm sticking with SparkPeople because it is so easy and flexible. I have a weight loss goal, but that is secondary to my real goal of gaining energy (esp. losing that afternoon slump that hits at 3pm EVERY DAY) and lowering my cholesterol.
Favorite Foods : Any Asian cuisine, Italian, Greek, Indian and Mediterranean in general.
Favorite Workouts : Weight lifting, hiking, jogging, aerobics with Netflix!
Favorite Writer : Terry Pratchett, Robin Hobb, Anne Rice
Favorite TV: Orange is the New Black, Star Trek Original Series, X-Files
Hobbies - listening opera/classical music, sewing, beading, embroidery
