I am 42 years old and have been on SP since September 2013.
My all time high weight was 205 pounds (93 kilo) at 5 ft 8 (173 cm). I have weight this much a couple of times, decided to lose 50 pounds with a diet, would succeed and gained it all back.
The last time I hit my all time high (April 2013) I was just so tired of it all, I decided to make more permanent changes.

So I made some permanent changes gradually. I started keeping track of what I ate, focussed on and learned about eating healthy and started to do more sponteneous exercise and also planned exercise.

This lead again to a 50 pound (23 kilo) weight loss, feeling fit and happy with myself. I have trained for a half marathon and then a whole marathon, which made it easier to keep the weight off.

However, at some point exercise became a solution for eating too much fat, sugar and calories in general, again.
I have been yo-yo-ing again since May 2015, recently back in the 190-ies.

But even though I am still yo-yo-ing, it is not as bad as it was in the past, and I know the solution for me is tracking food, and staying within calorie range.

So that is what I am doing again not thinking too much about all the weight I lost before that I now have to lose again...

My Goals:
Running a half marathon on 9 March 2014 (done!)
Running a marathon on 19 October 2014 (done!)
For 2016: just getting back to a healthy BMI, so all my clothes fit again, and I feel more healthy.

My Program:
- Eating within calorie range (by far the most important part of my program)
- Running (when no longer injured)
- Trying to burn calories by just being active in general, by walking, cycling, etc.
