My Goals:
I want to lose these 20 pounds so that I can fit into all of my clothes again, and so that I feel good again. I love having energy, and I miss that.



My Program:
I am going to track my calories every day. I am going to the gym 4 days a week, and sticking to my meal plan.

Other Information:
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

I hate it when that happens! Maybe you need to fool around with what you are eating. Maybe go no carb for a while - then high protein for a while, then all fruits and vegies, then calories only from beer . I like to mess with my body like that. I think it really likes to hang on to my weight and when I mix it up, it gets really confused. emoticon

Thanks Lori! Well, I did weigh in, and guess what? i did not lose even 1 pound! I don't know what is going on. It's just like throughout the biggest loser. But it's got to happen sometime, so I'm going to keep trying. I haven't even been drinking alcohol!! emoticon
