Back in the saddle again!

Hi! Sarah here... My goal was to lose weight for my trip to Jamaica in June, 2009. I had lost about 30 lbs. In 2010, I gained back the 30 plus some more I think. So I was feeling pretty defeated, but I am tired of feeling so unhealthy. I am ready to get back on track and start losing again... I am hoping to lose it all (80lbs!) for good this time! I started a low carb diet on June 1, 2011 and 35 days later, I'm down 20 lbs. I am hoping to lose another 50-60 more lbs. I would ...

I don't have any trips planned. I just want to be healthy.
