Here i am. Losing weight sucks. But being overweight sucks more. I have struggled with weight issues since I was 11...but when I look back at pictures I realize that the problems are more in my head than based in reality. Somewhere along the line I started believing I was fat and I've never really changed that belief regardless of my actual weight. Truth is, I now have an actual reason to believe it. Call it sell-fulfilling prophecy; 2 weeks ago I weighed 281lbs.....probably about 145lbs more ...

So now I will start a journey I've begun many times before, somehow find the motivation to believe, once again, that I can do this.

1. Stay within my calorie range...as per SP 2. Limit sugar and yeast products 3. NO fast food drive thrus 4. 8 glasses of water EVERY DAY. 5. Get enough sleep and rest to mitigate other stresses in my every day life

I have lost weight on SP before, only to gain it back. I consider myself a food addict, so like any addiction, it probably takes several tries before you kick it for good!
