Hi Everyone,

I am from Toronto, Canada and have been lucky enough to find sparkpeople to help motivate me and keep me on track. My goals are to be healthy and feel good about myself.

OK I am adding this to my spark page as I am in a bit of a rut. Just a reminder for ignore my rantings.

So here's the deal. You are going to track and make SURE you get 5 glasses of water a day for a week. (Brk, snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner)

You are going to keep sodium intake to under 1200 per day. (not sure if that is possible since I have not tracked my intake thus far but we are going to see)

You are going to continue staying on track.

You are going to measure EVERY morsal of food that goes into your mouth.

You are going to continue to exercise.

Then we will re-evaluate if that damn scale is stubborn again!!!

My Goals:
My goals are to fit into a size 8 pant. To have my engagement and wedding ring fit me again. To run a marathon -ok- maybe a half marathon in a year. But most of all to be healthy, happy and in shape.


10lbs down: a day downtown

20lbs down: new pair of shoes

25lbs down: a pair of real sunglasses

30lbs down: New Makeup

35lbs down: Lulu lemon workout outfit

40lbs down: re-set my engagment ring!

45lbs down: new hair cut!

50lbs down: new clothes!

Reach and Maintain Target weight by October 1, 2010 --1 Yr Spark Anniversary!

My Program:
To eat a well balanced meal and to track everything that goes into my mouth.

Personal Information:
I am in my 30's, have three children and a wonderful husband (who is skinny).

I always struggled with my weight, although when I look back at old pictures it shouldn't have been an issue. I slowly started gaining weight after I got married and although I would only gain 20lbs with each pregnancy (and easily shed it) I put back the "baby" fat in each childs first year. As you can probably tell from that I am an emotional eater - so being a mom to a newborn and lack of sleep all contributed to the weight gain.

My kids are now 10, 8 and 3 so no more excuses. Time to lose the weight forever and realize that I don't need to be a size 0 to be happy and healthy.
