hi there! I have like 50 bazillion TJ videos (I exaggerate) But I'm starting out with the "Maximum Results" Advanced Circuit. It does start with one Learn&Burn. I'll do that one just to get in the swing of things again, but then I'm moving on to the 20 Min, Cardio party and Punch, Kick, Jam (which falls on a weekend so the longer workout isn't a problem)
I'll add Ab Jam on week two and Turbo Sculpt on week Three. I will likely change up the cardio parties every week. I have CP2 and CP3, so if I rotate them out every week that should add some good variety.
After the first month, I will likely look to rotate out some of the turbo Sculpt with the 3T or the Punch, Kick, Jam with the Fat Blaster workout. 2307 days ago
Thanks for the comment! I'm following the Turbo Jam calendar that came with the package I ordered from Beach Body. It's basically a rotation of the 2 DVD set that includes Learn & Burn, Cardio Party, Ab Jam, etc. It's really fun too! :)
