Thanks for your good wishes!! Open House was great---only half the parents came but the ones who did stayed almost the whole time! It was a long day, though...13 hours on your feet causes back pain and more!

Congrats on the 30# loss so far! that Rocks!! I understand your struggle with the night-snacking, as I think a lot of us do here. A big part of it for me is the "relaxing" in front of the TV I like to do at night after dinner, and THAT'S when I get the munchies. TV watching is VERY much associated with snacking for me. So, maybe when you start getting the itch to munch, but you KNOW you shouldn't and have already tracked and consumed your calorie quota, then get up and brush your teeth. Maybe switch what you're doing to relax-- spend some time on Spark, or reading a book instead of TV. Do some stretching or yoga, or even go for a walk around the block.
I still need to keep practicing these tactics, even in maintenance. It's all too easy to slip into mindlessness when we're "relaxing" and get feeling like eating!!
How sweet of you to give me the massage Goodie! It's been a trying 4 months and I'm starting to get back into some kind of routine...my daughter and an older neighbor just said for me to think about biking, and I saw the contest and thought I'd apply!
