I am excited that I weigh 30 pounds less than this time last year. But my habits still need much work... still struggling with eating when I'm not hungry, especially in the evening. It is so important to me that I continue to drop weight, because, for one thing, I am still in the obese category. My Goals:
Lose 50 pounds, where clothes that fit my 5'0 ft frame!!

My Program:
I started on 9/9/10 with using the nutrition tracker consistently. It helps me plan out what I am eating, and what I need to add or subtract from The Plan. I have seen that I sometimes don't eat enough protein, for example, but the fat grams are never a problem! This has helped tremendously. I also exercise regularly, either walking or doing The Firm DVDs.

Other Information:
All things are possible through Christ who strengthens me.

emoticon Hi! Just popped over to leave a note about your rating on the cauliflower Pizza crust. If you look at the "by ingredient" calorie guide, it says the cheese is 2 oz not 8 as you stated. So your 3 plus oz of cheese will have more, not less fat and calories than the recipe says. Just didn't want you to get carried away eating it thinking you are saving so much when you won't be. I really did have a great session with my trainer--the last one for a while. I bought myself a package for my Christmas/birthday gift to myself. Now it's up to me to make it continue to work!
