emoticon The Motivator of the Day. What an honor.

Jason Fung M.D. has six one-hour lectures on YouTube in which he explains why we regain weight and how we must work to keep the weight off for at least one full year in order to establish a new "set point' for our bodies. He explains how we can stop Insulin Resistance and not get Type 2 diabetes. I've learned so much from him. I don't want to regain the weight this time either.
