I follow Fat 2 Fit Radio. A blog & podcast for diet & exercise motivation. I go to the rec center for group fitness classes. And I listen to Inside Out Weight Loss for inner peace.

- Do not eat below 1610 - Lightly Active 1788 This is my basal metabolic rate (BMR). Do not go into starvation mode!
