Hey how are you doing you sound so busy ,but frustrated with the 180's issue. You are a the peak of school activity for the year. You can only do so much. Just retired not long ago and my days and nights are full and I can do this weight stuff as my biggest priority.

You are doing a lot. You are inspirational. You and Robert have done a remarkable job here. You and your appearance on the F2F podcast have almost doubled the size of the group in the past month! That is pretty impressive.

Just wanted to give you a pat on the back. I do like this site but am still learning it. I haven't bought into all the spark goodies etc. or as Jeff A. would say excetera. That drives me crazy! I am still listening to the first 100 podcasts when I work out.

Well got to get some stuff done. I just got up from a 2 hour nap, after working with free weights for an hour for the first time in years. I slide into machines at the gym, but do mostly cardio. Take care!
