Sick of baby weight gained and never lost 9yrs later!
36 year old single mother who wants to be able to bend at the waist and touch my toes. Took me 9 years to get up the courage to make a commitment, but better late than never! I attend college full-time, and my daughter attends K-12 which is a virtual online school, and I work part-time in the childcare field. Just a little time deprived. I love taking pictures, but in the last 3 years like less and less being in them. I have found myself disappearing from our family memories.

My Goals:
My goals are simple and have never really changed. What has changed is the addition to my life of motivation.
My Program:
Watching what I eat and the amount of what I eat, in addition to adding some moving exercise, will help me reach for success!
Other Information:
I love reading, sewing, taking pictures, scrapebooking, playing with my daughter, caring for young children, taking walks, making crafts, working on my car when the need arises, and the list could go on and on....
