The Adventure I Choose

I'm on a quest - I choose to take an adventure that has alluded me over and over - a challenge that I have put off and put off - letting everyday life keep me from trying to really accomplish something. Eating and exercise are part of everyday life - yet I have chosen to use eating as a stress reliever. I hope to change that now.
