My Program:
I will be both logging my food & exercise on SparkPeople.

My food plan is to use the SparkPeople generated food plans.

My exercise plan is to follow 2 programs simultaneously. I recently completed Couch to 5k and will be doing a 5k to 10k training program for Cardio. I am doing The New Rules of Lifting for Women program for Strength.

Personal Information:
I am a big fan of Ms. Marilyn Monroe. Marilyn Monroe was approximately a size 4-8 by today's standards. I know that she also had an extreme hour glass shape so I don't intend to get a body like hers but I'd love to get down to a size 8 myself.

I hope your weekend is going well! I've had a few misteps already this year, but have decided not to let them discourage me. Are you a Biggest Loser fan? I'm excited for the premiere tonight :)

The holidays can be a tough time to focus on your health, the important thing is to get back on track and not let it discourage you. I'm focusing on eating for the month of January, as my husband and I are moving this month and things are a little crazy right now.
