Hi there!! Welcome to my SparkPage! I love SPARK PEOPLE! This is a place I come to EVERYDAY! A place where I mingle with friends who support ALL MY DECISIONS and a place where I SUPPORT THEIRS! I have not only learned how to properly lose weight by FUELING my body with the CORRECT foods, having the POSITIVE attitude, hanging around the right group of PEOPLE and being DEDICATED the workouts my body needs but most of all having FAITH in myself that I can do ANYTHING I put my mind to. Towards the end of 2012 my husband and I went through the loss of our unborn child, which took a toll of me. I had to sit out on workouts and I ended up fueling my body with bad foods. I worked my way back up to 168. I am not too ashamed of that, I am only human. The only way to fix that is to focus on the POSITIVE and move forward within time. I am doing a lot better and now back on track with. In the first 2 months I plan on reaching my 150's again and hopefully be "expecing" again. We are ready to move forward and create in a chapter in our lives. May you find your way around sparkpeople and GET SPARKED like I did!
